Location:  Huddersfield 
Hours:  9.00 – 5.30 Full time or part time considered (no shift work or weekend work)

What will you be doing? 
Contacting existing customers with a strong focus on customer service as well as up-selling & cross-selling
Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company.
Initially desk based in our Huddersfield office, you will be starting your Sales Career with Direct Voice & Data.
        Progression is always available for strong individuals.
Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the team target. 

Who are You? To be successful and happy in your job with us you need to be ambitious, determined, positive, outgoing and totally committed! You will have excellent customer service skills and string verbal and written communication skills.
You will be meticulous in your organisation, diary management and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Ideally living in the Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Barnsley, Dewsbury or surrounding areas.

Experience Required:  A minimum of 2+ years Telesales or telephone account/business development experience, ideally in a Telecoms or IT related role. Business to Business sales environment is essential.

What will you be doing?

·         Working closely with the Managing Director

·         Managing the Sales Team to fulfil their potential

·         Growing the Sales Team to achieve the company’s growth aspirations

·         Achieving agreed sales targets both personally and as a Sales Team

·         Generating additional sales from a portfolio of B2B accounts

·         Managing Telesales to identify new sales opportunities

·         Up-selling/cross-selling ad encouraging/coaching your Team to do the same

·         Interact and coordinate with other staff members

·         Identify and convert new business opportunities with new B2B clients

·         Being influential to guide the company’s marketing and sales strategy

 

 

 

 

Who are You? To be successful and happy in your job with us you need to be ambitious, determined, positive, outgoing and totally committed! You will have a proven history and experience in telecoms and/or IT and be ready to manage a Sales Team of your own. You will have exceptional sales skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to sell solutions, build high profit margin business and long lasting client relationships. You will be meticulous in your organisation, diary management, have exceptional presentation skills and be full of ideas on how to build sales and profits.


Product Knowledge Required:
Preferably Telephone System sales knowledge, calls & lines quotation/sales, B2B telecoms sales. We are not specific on system types as training will be provided, but ideally some experience of Avaya/Alcatel-Lucent/Panasonic/Gamma Horizon would be beneficial. However, IT Sales experience would also be beneficial.

What will you be doing? 
 
Dealing with first line queries and logging support cases.
Dealing with incoming support emails
Co-ordinate engineers for phone systems installations, faults and support work where necessary. 
Providing excellent customer service.
Call stack management – Key to the role
Purchase orders / customer orders
